Ordered a bouquet from proflowers for my mom’s birthday. She loves hydrangeas, and this bouquet had them included in the photo. The flowers she received were pretty, but there were absolutely no hydrangeas, and we received no notification that my mom would be getting a bouquet without them. Disappointed, I contacted proflowers, and they refunded me. However, my mom then received a call from burkland, and some guy asked her if there was something wrong with the bouquet. She explained that there were no hydrangeas, and the guy asked her to send a picture (why would someone lie about that…lol). The next day, that guy called again but my mom was busy and didn’t answer. Later that day, a lady showed up to my parent’s house and asked for the flowers back!! We were appalled by how unprofessional this was. To show up to a customer’s door demanding flowers back due to your own mistake…embarassing! Burkland didnt offer any apology or explaination for why they didn’t include hydrangeas. Instead, they harassed my mom into giving the flowers back. I would highly advise anyone looking for flowers to look into other local businessss.

I ordered flowers for my niece this morning, and they were delivered the very same afternoon. I've ordered from other florists before where the arrangement that arrived looked nothing like the photo online, so I was pleasantly surprised when these flowers looked almost exactly as pictured. The arrangement was fresh, beautiful, and clearly put together with care. My sister mentioned that the woman who delivered them was incredibly kind, even after being greeted by my sister's very enthusiastic (and slightly crazy) dog. I was a little hesitant to order at first after seeing some of the older Google reviews. However, I noticed that many of them were written several years ago, and businesses can change and improve a lot over time. Based on my experience, I'm so glad I decided to give them a chance. From the easy ordering process and fair pricing to the quick delivery, beautiful quality, and exceptional customer service, every part of this experience exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be ordering from them again. If you're on the fence, I'd definitely recommend giving this florist a chance for your next order. I have a feeling you'll be just as happy

I ordered a corsage for my daughter and it was a great experience. The person I spoke with on the phone was great. The person I saw to pick up my order was great and the corsage was done beautifully. All I told them was a color and it basically matched perfectly. In my experience, the current rating of this store is very under-rated. Try them out!

My wedding was a couple weeks ago and I'm still so happy thinking about the flower arrangements and bouquets designed and provided by Burkland Flowers. Everything at the wedding was gorgeous. I received so many compliments on the bouquets, the flower arrangements, and even the boutonnieres. Burkland was a delight to work with. They asked a lot of good questions and spent time with me and my mom going through pictures of flowers to help us figure out what kind of flowers I wanted at the wedding. We really appreciated them being able to adjust to us changing our wedding colors after we’d already booked with them. We couldn’t recommend Burkland Flowers enough for your big day!

My husband ordered flowers for our 30th wedding anniversary to be sent to my office. The bouquet picture he ordered was a beautiful arrangement of red roses and carnations. What I received was a few roses and carnations. He was charged a ridiculous amount for flowers that were not anything like the picture that they showed, and the bow looked like a 6yr old made it. Giant Eagle/ Walmart has nicer bouquets of flowers than what I received. SAD!!! Burkland Florist should be embarrassed to have their name on the delivery that I received. I would NOT recommend this florist at all!!!!
